Remote Sales and Customer Service Specialist

Drive sales through inbound and outbound calls as a remote Sales Specialist serving customers across Ontario. Resolve issues while meeting quality targets.
Cogeco seeks a Sales Specialist for a regular, province-wide work-from-home or hybrid opportunity. You will promote products, process orders, retain customers, and provide customized solutions. The position requires strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting, and digital communication skills while consistently pursuing sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Promote, up-sell, and process products and services orders
Resolve billing inquiries, service discrepancies, and escalated concerns
Retain customers considering cancellation or service downgrades
Enter customer changes accurately using prescribed applications
Requirements:
High school diploma required
One to three years sales and customer service experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven customer service and first call resolution skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to troubleshoot independently
Use sales, communication, and customer resolution skills to support Cogeco customers and achieve targets from home or hybrid settings.
