Remote Consumer Relations Associate

Support consumer relations remotely by answering high-volume emails and calls with patience, clear writing, and professional service. This temporary role is hourly.
The Temporary Consumer Relations Associate supports the Marketing team for up to three months. You will address consumer questions and complaints across company brands, including One Degree Organic Foods. Accurate case logging, issue resolution, escalation, and product knowledge are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to consumer emails and calls
Log contacts accurately in Zen Desk and Issue Trak
Resolve routine replacements and coupon issues
Escalate sensitive issues to appropriate teams
Maintain product knowledge across supported brands
Requirements:
Patient, friendly, and professional consumer communication
Clear, warm, error-free email writing
Organized, reliable, independent home working
Some customer service experience in relevant settings
MS Office comfort;
Zen Desk or Issue Trak experience an asset
