Five Star Solutions is hiring customer service agents to support J.W. Pepper, the largest US sheet music retailer. You will assist bands, choirs, and orchestras by answering questions via phone, email, and chat.
This is a remote, full-time role for residents in KS and surrounding states, with paid training and CST work hours. Shift times are 8:00am-5:00pm CST, Monday to Friday, with benefits eligibility after 60 days.
