Medical Billing Customer Service Representative; Fully Remote

• This remote position supports patients with billing questions, insurance payments, and account balances.
• You'll work Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm (EST) and receive paid training.

• Answer inbound calls and provide accurate information about patient accounts and charges.
• Process credit card payments and document all call details and actions taken.
• Escalate complex billing disputes to the appropriate department.

• At least one year of call center or customer service/office experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
• A calm, professional approach and a patient-focused attitude.

• Hourly pay of $14 per hour, with a $1/hr shift differential for nights and weekends.
• Full-time status at 40 hours per week with training typically lasting one week.
