Eltropy is seeking a proactive Tier 2 Customer Success Manager for the Central U.S. region to manage a portfolio of 50 mid-size customers. You will serve as the primary contact, drive retention and growth, and lead onboarding and product adoption for our AI communications platform.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in customer success, a customer-centric mindset, strong analytical skills, and comfort working with SaaS and Fin Tech products. Quarterly in-person travel is expected.
