Five Star Solutions seeks friendly customer service agents to support J.W. Pepper, the largest US sheet music and accessory retailer. You’ll assist bands, choirs, and orchestras, answering questions via phone, email, and chat from home office.
This is a full-time remote role with shifts 9:00am–6:00pm EST, Monday–Friday. Paid training for 3 weeks, 40 hours weekly, benefits after 60 days. You must be 18+, pass background checks, and have strong communication skills.
