This role is well-suited for individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and possess strong language skills in Dutch and additional languages.

• Deliver outstanding support to clients in Dutch and other languages through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Manage customer complaints with a focus on finding effective solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a streamlined and positive customer experience.
• Engage in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and enhance service delivery skills.
• Proactively suggest improvements to processes to bolster customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Fluency in Dutch and at least one additional language (English, German, French, etc.), both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer support systems and Microsoft Office tools.
