Oscar Health is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Member and Provider Services team. This remote role, open to Florida residents, handles daily customer interactions and back-office tasks following SOPs, reporting to the Concierge Operations Manager.
Occasional travel may be required for meetings and events. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with 1+ year in a high-volume customer setting and a high school diploma or GED.
