Respage is hiring a Customer Success Associate for a high-ownership, fast-moving Customer Success role. You will manage the Support Inbox and website dashboard chat, triaging issues and driving requests to resolution, while supporting a small portfolio of clients.
You’ll collaborate with CSMs, create social posts for clients, support reputation management, and complete marketing-related projects. Strong communication, initiative, and organization are essential in this fully remote position.
