This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about food and delivering exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking users.

• Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding their food delivery inquiries and issues.
• Assist customers with order placements, modifications, cancellations, and resolving any delivery-related concerns.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with partners and delivery teams to address any issues and enhance the overall user experience.
• Stay updated on the latest promotions, features, and services of the food delivery platform to provide accurate information.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the food or tech sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and manage customer expectations effectively.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• A passion for food and a proactive approach to customer service.
