Customer Service Advisor - German-speaking; Financial

Our team is currently recruiting for a client in Portugal, and we would be delighted to have you explore this opening.

This is a service-oriented, inbound position focused on assisting customers with inquiries related to banking partnerships and rewards programs.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

• Providing accurate and empathetic support to clients regarding banking services and benefits
• Answering customer queries about partner programs and reward-related topics
• Ensuring all interactions meet confidentiality and compliance guidelines
• Documenting interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems

• Fluent in German (C2 level) and proficient in English
• Previous experience in customer service or contact center environments is preferable
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in rotating shifts and remote settings

• Fully remote anywhere in Portugal
• Rotating shifts between 07:0023:00, Monday to Sunday
• 2 rotating days off per week
• Full-time contract with structured onboarding and training
