Customer Support Specialist

Sun Sun Trading is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team as a full-time, remote position based in Dallas. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive experience with our products and services in the construction industry.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will handle customer questions via phone, email, and other communication channels, working to deliver timely and effective solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and contribute to continuous improvements in our support processes.

This position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $18 - $25 USD, making it an excellent opportunity for an associate-level professional looking to build a career in customer support within the construction trading sector.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and policies
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in company systems
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution
• Process orders, returns, and account updates as needed
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to address customer needs
• Identify trends in customer feedback and recommend process improvements
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior experience in customer support, customer service, or a related role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities
• Proficiency with CRM software and standard office productivity tools
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup for remote work
• Familiarity with the construction industry or building materials is preferred
• Experience with ticketing or helpdesk systems is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
