Accurately pick and pack online grocery orders for Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand customers while maintaining a welcoming service focus.
As an Online Assistant, you will prepare customer orders safely and efficiently within Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand. The role includes communicating with other departments about out-of-stocks, substitutions, and online enquiries. You will support customer-first decisions aligned with store processes and systems.
