Five Star Solutions is seeking a customer service representative to handle inbound calls from customers about goods and services for clients. You will provide high-quality service with a helpful, professional attitude and follow scripts to address inquiries on debit card incentives, orders, and balances.
This BYOD, work-at-home role is open to residents of many US states. Training is paid, shifts run 7:00am–9:00pm CST, with a nightly/weekend differential, and 20–40 hours per week.
