This Customer Success Manager owns post-implementation relationships for a platform serving landscaping, arboriculture, and outdoor services businesses. The role combines account management, customer health metrics, adoption analysis, and proactive engagement. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Implementation to advocate for clients and improve their experience.

• Manage post-implementation relationships and customer business outcomes
• Own renewals, account expansion, and growth opportunities
• Monitor health metrics and identify churn risks
• Analyze adoption trends using Churn Zero
• Manage NPS follow-up and experience improvement strategies

• Two or more years in customer-facing experience ideally
• Experience supporting retention, engagement, renewals, and growth
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to interpret data and recommend practical strategies
• Legal authorization to work in Canada or United States
