TSI-CXBPO, part of the TSI family, is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative. This role is remote from New York state. Compensation is $16.50/hour. Training starts Monday, November 30, 2026, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST.
After training, hours are Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–9:00 PM EST;
Saturday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM EST. During training you will have a set schedule. Responsibilities include assisting customers with billing inquiries, documenting account data, and explaining account status.
