Sales Match is seeking an Outbound Call Representative to reach customers, share service information, confirm appointments, and resolve questions. This desk-based, fully remote role is based in Washington state and requires a 40-hour weekly commitment.
You will use CRM tools (Dynamics 365), Talkdesk, Outlook, and Excel to track calls, update notes, and coordinate with the support team. Training is provided, with ongoing feedback from the customer service team lead.
