Customer Success Manager

Once a business starts working with Kenswick Recruiting, the Customer Success Manager becomes its main point of contact. You make sure every client knows what is happening, receives what was promised, and wants to keep working with us.

This is a full-time, salaried remote position paying $68,000 to $85,000 a year, with health, dental, and vision insurance and a 401(k). You set your hours within a steady weekday schedule that lines up with when clients are available.

• Run kickoff calls with new clients to set goals, timelines, and expectations
• Hold regular check-ins and send clear written progress updates
• Coordinate with our internal team so each client's work stays on schedule
• Answer questions and resolve concerns quickly and calmly
• Spot chances to expand the work and pass them to business development
• Track account health, feedback, and renewals in our CRM

• Three or more years in customer success, account management, client services, or relationship-focused sales
• A calm, organized communicator on the phone, on video, and in writing
• The ability to keep several accounts moving at once without dropping details
• Comfort with CRM software, video meetings, and spreadsheets
• A quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed internet
• Authorization to work in the United States
