You will handle inbound and outbound calls and messages, reach out to students on behalf of clients, and ensure timely, accurate support. A reliable internet connection is required, with multiple shifts and locations nationwide.
Training occurs during the first two weeks, Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm CST. Starting salary ranges from $17.50 to $18.50 per hour, with standard full-time benefits.
