Guest Service Agent Remote Lodge

Guest Service Agents with customer service and Microsoft Suite skills can support ARAMARK’s new remote lodge near Chapleau, Ontario. Work a 14-days-on, 14-days-off rotation.

This Guest Service Agent role supports guest satisfaction during a brand-new lodge opening. You will assist with guest needs, reservations, check-ins, and information requests. The position also includes front-office administration, communication, and concern resolution or escalation.

• Greet clients and employees courteously upon arrival
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and registration paperwork
• Enter registration data into site software and systems
• Answer calls, emails, and faxes professionally
• Attend safety meetings and emergency response procedures

• Previous guest services experience required
• Microsoft Suite skills required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Successful drug and alcohol testing and background check
