Location: Montreal
Support Evo members remotely from home by solving account, booking, and claims questions through thoughtful customer service. Help keep British Columbians moving.
As a temporary part-time Member Services Specialist, you will support Evo Car Share members through the Evo Call Centre. Use phone, email, chat, and other channels to resolve concerns, manage escalated situations, and maintain positive experiences. This contract ends September 30, 2027.
Key Responsibilities:- Support members across phone, email, chat, and other channels
- Resolve account questions, concerns, and booking-related issues
- Support billing, registrations, reimbursements, rentals, and account maintenance
- Assist claims processes and administrative follow-up
- Collaborate with Fleet, Claims, Operations, and Member Experience teams
- At least two years’ customer service or member support experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional judgment during complex customer situations
- CRM and customer support tools experience
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
