Turn weekend availability into remote customer service work with Tiger Tel, handling inbound calls from a quiet home workspace across Canada. Choose a set schedule.
This customer service assignment supports diverse commercial businesses and medical offices in the United States and Canada. You will work Saturday and Sunday, from 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm. No outgoing calls or sales are involved, while technical confidence and problem-solving skills receive added value.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve diverse commercial and medical office callers
- Provide inbound customer service support
- Respond to callers without making sales calls
- Communicate clearly and pleasantly by phone
- Assist customers across two countries
- Weekend availability for a consistent schedule
- Quiet home workspace without distractions
- High-speed wired internet connection
- Windows 10 or higher computer
- French and English bilingual ability is beneficial
