HRS Talent Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Help Centre Search Coordinator. This remote role supports the help centre and records search-term trends to improve article discoverability.
You will review queries, compare them with approved articles, and note gaps for content owners while avoiding SEO or technical writing tasks.
No SEO experience is required; a background in customer service or office administration helps. Remote Canada, full-time or part-time, 26.90–28.40 CAD per hour.
