Support Evo Car Share members remotely through problem-solving, communication, and account assistance as a Temporary Part-Time Member Services Specialist.
This Member Services Specialist position supports Evo’s Call Centre team through September 30, 2027. You will help members with bookings, account issues, claims-related support, and everyday service questions. The work includes phone, email, chat, CRM systems, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Support members across phone, email, chat, and other channels
- Resolve questions, concerns, and account-related issues efficiently
- Handle escalated situations and pursue positive outcomes
- Support billing, registrations, reimbursements, reporting, and account maintenance
- Coordinate with Fleet, Claims, Operations, and Member Experience teams
- At least two years of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience handling complex customer situations professionally
- Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
