Are you looking for an entry-level customer service position where you can work from the comfort of your own home? Our Fortune 500 client is hiring customer service representatives.

  Work 8 hour shifts between 4:00 AM EST – 8:00 PM EST
• Training Monday-Friday 9:00AM EST-5:30PM EST for 2 weeks, then starting week 3 you will have a more permanent work schedule.

• Training Monday-Friday 8:00AM CST
  -4:30PM CST for 2 weeks, then starting week 3 you will have a more permanent work schedule.
• Must be available to work weekends

If you were hired for this position, your responsibilities would include taking inbound calls from drivers who need help with anything from a flat tire to a breakdown and working with a team of service providers to connect that customer with immediate support.

Must reside in one the following states:
Georgia, West Virgina, Kentucky, South Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, Oklahoma & Arkansas.

• A Windows Desktop or Laptop Computer (Intel i5/Ryzen 5 processor or greater with 12GB of RAM or more).
• A Dual Monitor Setup (or laptop and extend display to single monitor).
• An Ethernet cable connected to your Windows Desktop/ Laptop.
• A Headset with a Microphone.

• High School Diploma / GED equivalent

• $13/hr
