Bilingual Travel Assistance Representative

Location: Montreal

Support Canadian travelers in French and English from home, using empathy and critical thinking to resolve questions through phone and email.
Insight Global’s client seeks a fluent bilingual Customer Service Representative for travel, benefits, and assistance support. You will provide benefit information, answer travel questions, open non-medical assistance cases, and guide customers through claims. The work requires professional communication and independent problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle approximately 40–50 customer calls daily
Respond to inquiries in French and English
Provide pre-trip assistance and travel advisories
Explain benefit coverage, limitations, and services
Document cases and customer records accurately
Requirements:
Fluent written and verbal French and English
At least six months customer service experience
Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills
Reliable work-from-home setup

Experience with travel, benefits, claims, or assistance programs
Apply bilingual communication, travel assistance knowledge, and thoughtful troubleshooting while supporting customers through accurate remote service.
