Tiger Tel seeks part-time weekend Call Center Representatives for Saturday and Sunday shifts. You will represent commercial businesses and medical offices across Canada and the United States. The work focuses entirely on inbound customer care, accurate message gathering, call-system navigation, and professional reassurance. No outbound sales or cold calls are involved.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle high-volume inbound calls with empathy
Deliver professional and reassuring customer service
Gather complete, accurate message details
Navigate call-processing systems and software
Meet quality, response, and schedule standards
Requirements:
Residence in New Brunswick or Nova Scotia
Availability Saturdays and Sundays
Excellent English verbal and written communication
Basic Windows computer literacy and strong typing
Reliable attendance, punctuality, and time management
Bring empathetic communication, accurate information gathering, and dependable weekend availability to Tiger Tel’s remote inbound service team.
