This customer service assignment supports diverse commercial businesses and medical offices in the United States and Canada. You will work Saturday and Sunday, from 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm. No outgoing calls or sales are involved, while technical confidence and problem-solving skills receive added value.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve diverse commercial and medical office callers
Provide inbound customer service support
Respond to callers without making sales calls
Communicate clearly and pleasantly by phone
Assist customers across two countries
Requirements:
Weekend availability for a consistent schedule
Quiet home workspace without distractions
High-speed wired internet connection
Windows 10 or higher computer
French and English bilingual ability is beneficial
