Remote Energy Customer Service Representative

Deliver trusted energy support remotely for ENMAX, using phone, email, and live chat to resolve Albertans’ inquiries professionally. This permanent part-time role is primarily remote.

As an ENMAX Customer Service Representative, you will represent the brand while providing first-contact resolution for energy customers. You will explain billing, account details, services, policies, and options clearly. The work requires analytical skills, sound judgment, computer proficiency, and sensitivity to customer needs.

• Deliver positive service across phone, email, and live chat
• Resolve inquiries involving bills, products, and new service
• Explain account details, policies, and available options clearly
• Escalate complex calls through support teams appropriately
• Recommend customer-focused products, services, and solutions

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
• Dedicated private workspace and residence within 45 minutes
• Fully flexible availability for rotational call centre shifts
