Work From Home Customer Service Representative

Deliver exceptional customer service from home while answering scholarship questions through active listening and precise problem solving. This temporary role runs until April 3, 2027.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist families and schools participating in the scholarship program. You will respond to incoming calls about student inquiries, scholarship applications, and funding status. Your support will help ensure questions receive answers, callers remain satisfied, and students are registered.

• Answer incoming calls from families and schools
• Respond to student and scholarship program inquiries
• Address application and funding status questions
• Use probing questions to provide solutions
• Help ensure students are registered

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
• Customer service experience and Microsoft Office familiarity
• Reliable wired internet and quiet secure workspace
