Client Advisor

We are seeking organized, people-focused individuals to join our remote team as Work-From-Home Client Advisors. In this role, you will help clients explore vacation options, coordinate requested services, and stay informed as their plans come together.

This opportunity is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy helping others, researching information, managing details, and working independently from home. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.

• Learn about each client's preferred destinations, travel dates, budget, interests, and special requests.
• Research and compare resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation services using approved resources.
• Assist with organizing selected arrangements, including reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information.
• Maintain communication with clients by providing updates, answering routine questions, following up on outstanding items, and helping with standard changes when needed.
• Review client and reservation information for accuracy, track important deadlines, and continue building knowledge of destinations and supplier offerings.
