Maximus is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support the Health Texas project by providing customer care and benefit-enrollment services via telephone, IVR, and web portals. Paid, comprehensive training ensures high levels of knowledge and professionalism. This is a full-time, hybrid position with on-site training; eventual work-from-home options may be available in Athens, TX.
Shifts run 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. CST, Monday–Friday, with on-site training initially.
