Senior Manager, Client Success; Fully Remote

• Critical member of the Customer Success team leading the mission to make users healthy and deliver exceptional customer experience.

• Lead Hello Heart's strategic accounts with end-to-end ownership of client lifecycle for Fortune 500 clients, including member adoption, retention, and growth.
• Develop relationships at the C-Suite level, contribute to product roadmap planning, and champion new product offerings.
• Own all aspects of customer renewals, revenue retention, and growth with a strong bias toward action.

• 4+ years of enterprise customer success and/or account management experience with Fortune 500 employer clients.
• Demonstrated fluency using AI tools and agents to execute workflows, analyze information, and improve productivity.
• Travel up to 40% to support client engagement and executive relationship building.
