Client Support Specialist

Client Support Specialist at Wert Group, a Boston management consultancy. Remote from anywhere in the United States, full-time. Clients still have questions between workshops: the next meeting date, a missing invoice, a document someone promised.

You answer them by email, phone and video call, usually within one business day, log every request until it's closed and keep contacts, contracts and billing details current in the CRM. Workshops and review meetings get scheduled through you, and recurring questions become short help articles.

You work with the project leads and the finance team. Hub Spot, Salesforce or Zendesk would help.

You need:

• Experience answering customer questions in writing and by phone (internships count)
• Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Benefits:

• medical, dental and vision insurance
• a 401(k) with a company match
• paid time off and holidays
• a yearly professional development budget
• a laptop and home office setup
