Bilingual Spanish Call Center Representative

POSITION OVERVIEW

Remote Work-at-Home | Canada. MCI is a leading BPO company. We are hiring Bilingual Call Center Representatives to provide outstanding support in both English and Spanish.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish.
• Translate and communicate clearly across both languages.
• Assist customers with billing, account updates, and general inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Follow company policies and procedures for customer interactions.
• Meet daily and monthly performance goals.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish mandatory.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in a bilingual customer service role preferred.

• Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
• Must be willing to submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.
• Must be willing to submit to drug screening. Job offers are contingent on drug screening results (does not apply in Canada).

This job operates in a professional office environment. Employees will be largely sedentary, required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset, and may need to move around the office, reach in any direction, raise or lower objects, move objects up to 40 pounds.
