Qualfon is hiring a full-time Call Center Representative working remotely from California, starting at $21 per hour, with paid training and a $75 per month internet stipend.
In this role, you would answer questions from members and providers, look into their concerns, keep customer records accurate, and carry out some outbound follow-up.
Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of customer service or phone support experience, and typing of 25 words per minute at 90% accuracy.
For remote work, you will need a wired internet connection of 50 Mbps down and 25 Mbps up (Wi-Fi, satellite, and hotspots are not accepted) and a compatible phone or tablet for authentication.
