Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with planning vacations, cruises, resort stays, and other leisure travel experiences
- Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and travel products using approved booking resources
- Present travel options that align with customer preferences, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate reservation requests and review travel details for accuracy
- Provide exceptional service and support before, during, and after the booking process
- Communicate with clients through phone, email, and digital communication platforms
- Help manage itinerary revisions, travel updates, and reservation-related requests
- Maintain accurate client profiles, booking records, and supporting documentation
- Participate in ongoing training programs and team development opportunities
