Remote Inbound Donor Service Agent

A reputable work-at-home company in Maine is seeking experienced customer service professionals for a winter campaign project. Successful candidates will answer inbound calls for donation drives and must have at least 6 months of formal telephone experience and the ability to type 40 WPM. The certification process must be completed within 14 days after acceptance. This is an independent contractor position with potential earnings during a busy campaign period.

Training begins October 15th.
