Bilingual Remote Customer Care Representative

Support customers remotely with NTT DATA through bilingual French and English service, accurate documentation, and responsive telephone assistance.

As a full-time Bilingual Client Care Representative, you will resolve inbound customer inquiries within NTT DATA’s Customer Care Centre. You will use phone, email, and chat while navigating computer systems to track calls, gather information, and provide timely answers. The position is open to candidates in Quebec, Ontario, Alberta, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island.

• Respond to customer requests, inquiries, and complaints across communication channels
• Analyze presented information and determine appropriate next steps
• Document interactions, update call histories, and send required messages
• Maintain current knowledge of programs, products, and processes
• Promote products and services through strong product knowledge

• Post-secondary degree or diploma
• Customer service experience in a call centre environment
• Strong French and English oral and written communication skills
• Advanced PC knowledge and keyboarding speed of 25 words per minute
• Flexibility for rotational shifts, including evenings
