Remote Bilingual Claims Representative

Serve Allstate customers remotely as a bilingual Claims Service Representative, using communication and customer service skills for auto and property claims.

This Claims Service Representative obtains first notice of loss reports for non-complex auto and property claims. You will answer customer questions about processes, policies, and next steps. The work includes updating claim information, coordinating claim-related communications, and supporting Express Claim Center processes.

• Take first notice of loss claims from customers
• Explain basic claim processes and general information
• Obtain necessary information from customers and third parties
• Schedule inspections and arrange required services
• Update files through data entry and documentation

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Bilingual English and French communication skills
• Strong oral and written communication competency
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to manage pressure and high volumes efficiently
