You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure timely resolution of EDI and provider inquiries while maintaining service quality and contractual KPIs. You will manage staffing, performance monitoring, and escalations in a 100% remote environment across the United States, working 8:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
