TEKsystems is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls for members and providers with a focus on Medicare Silver Sneakers programs. You will input data and deliver high-quality service in a fully remote role across the US.
The position is a 3-month contract with potential conversion to permanent for top performers. Hours are Mon-Fri, 8am-8pm EST, training 9:00am-5:30pm EST, start December 7.
