Are you friendly, dependable, and comfortable talking with people? Join TB Plumbing's supportive office team! We're looking for a customer service representative to help keep our calls, messages, and customer information organized.

• Answer incoming company calls with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Help callers with basic questions and direct calls to the appropriate team member.
• Return missed calls and follow up on messages.
• Review and respond to emails and voicemails.
• Update customer information and notes in our systems.
• Work with the office team to keep communication running smoothly.

T raining is available! Customer service or office experience is a big plusP ay:$16-$22 per hour based on experience and performance
