Communication Service for the Deaf, Inc. (CSD) is seeking a Call Center Representative (Communication Assistant) for the Minnesota remote TRS Call Centers. The role involves accepting and relaying calls between deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals and hearing callers.
Starting wage is $14 per hour with full and part-time opportunities. Training classes run online; residency must be Minnesota-based. Eligible for salary increases, PTO, and remote work stipend.
