Customer Service Representative

Client staff write to us all through a project: where to upload the sales data, when the next interview is, why an invoice shows a new line. Each question deserves a quick and correct answer, and the Customer Service Representative is the person who gives it. Full-time, from home anywhere in the United States, working online with our project teams and finance lead.

• Answer client emails, calls and chat messages, most within a few hours;
• Log each request and stay with it until it is closed;
• Send survey links, data request lists and reminders for the project teams;
• Settle simple invoice and access questions yourself and pass on the rest;
• Keep client contacts current in our CRM;
• Turn the questions that keep coming back into a short FAQ for each project.

Phare checks the numbers behind business decisions before they are made. Miami based, remote team across the U.S.

• Experience in customer service, a call center or front desk work (internships count too)
• Answering customer emails and phone calls as part of the job
• Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
• Zendesk, Freshdesk, Hub Spot or another help desk tool (bonus)
• Business clients rather than consumers (bonus)
