Customer Experience Representative; Fully Remote

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients across multiple channels, owning issues to resolution.
• Combine support with proactive outreach, onboarding, account follow-up, and relationship building.

• Lead onboarding one-on-one and via webinars; conduct outbound outreach.
• Manage accounts receivable and payment follow-up, including collections conversations.

• 2-4+ years in customer support/success/account management.
• C1 English, strong communication, and comfort with difficult conversations.
• Willing to travel quarterly for live events.
