Remote Customer Support Advocate

Support customers remotely from Canada through email, chat, and phone while using modern computer skills and fluent professional English.

As a Customer Happiness Advocate, you will answer inquiries for a small technology company whose customers come first. The five-day schedule can include evenings, nights, and weekends across 24/7 support. Independent work, deadline management, and personal customer conversations are central to this position.

• Answer customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone
• Manage phone calls, simultaneous chats, and emails daily
• Identify issues and provide helpful customer solutions
• Respond in real time with high-quality answers
• Complete follow-up documentation after each ticket

• Hold a work permit from Canada, Finland, Spain, or the UK
• Use G-Suite, presentation software, Slack, and Zoom
• Demonstrate fluent professional English proficiency
• Type at least 50 words per minute
• Communicate clearly while multitasking independently
