Remote Customer Support Specialist

Support Turtles customers remotely from Canada through email, chat, and phone while using modern communication tools and professional English.

As a Customer Happiness Advocate, you will handle customer inquiries and help shoppers resolve issues successfully. The role requires independent work, real-time responses, multitasking, and strong written and spoken communication. Two weeks of remote training precede the available remote arrangement.

• Answer customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone
• Follow schedules combining calls, simultaneous chats, and emails
• Identify issues and provide needs-based customer solutions
• Deliver high-quality real-time customer service experiences
• Complete follow-up documentation after each customer ticket

• Hold a work permit from Canada, Finland, Spain, or UK
• Use G-Suite, Slack, Zoom, and presentation software comfortably
• Type at least 50 words per minute
• Demonstrate fluent professional English communication skills
• Adapt continuously while meeting expectations and deadlines independently
