Remote Claims Service Representative

Remote Claims Service Representatives use customer service and communication skills to handle first notices of loss from home across Canada.

At Allstate, this full-time role supports non-complex auto and property claims through an Express Claim Center. You will answer customer questions, explain claim processes, update information, and collect file details. The position requires bilingual English and French communication, exceptional service, and efficient work under pressure.

• Take first notice of loss claims for auto and property
• Explain basic claim processes and next steps
• Answer customer questions about policies and procedures
• Update claim information and obtain necessary file details
• Route calls and electronic correspondence appropriately

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Bilingual English and French communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and high volumes
• Efficient task completion and accurate communication
