Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Call Center Representative I to handle inbound calls from Ryder Platinum National Accounts, Ryder Shops, and On Demand Customers. You will schedule service for truck/trailer breakdowns and PM services, while answering service questions and delivering outstanding customer care.
This remote training role requires flexibility for various shifts, including 2nd and 3rd shifts, with weekend/holiday coverage. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.
